Teacher Development

Summary

Teach for All uses an established system of network partners (i.e. Teach for America, Teach for India) around to world to source talented teachers. These promising teachers commit to spending two years in high-need education setting. They additionally commit to entering the Alumni Leader program after their two years are over. The end product of this development strategy is a large (11,000 teachers and approximately 26,000 alumni worldwide) body of world class teachers committed to the principals of the organization.
