Problem Description

Military spouses and veterans in the USA face significant challenges in finding and retaining employment. Work opportunities that exist are often dead-end jobs at minimum wage. DDD had worked on similar challenges in developing countries, but wanted to serve people in our home country. A board member had a connection with prospective client for services that could be performed in an economically viable way in the USA. We negotiated and planned for nearly a year before launching in August 2014.
