Induction Program Development


NTC is committed to designing and implementing robust teacher induction programs and to building the capacity of our state and district partners to ensure the long-term sustainability of programs. Our capacity building model includes developing the skills and expertise of local leaders and mentors to deliver mentor professional development, leadership development and ongoing consultancy, thought-partnership and communities of practice. NTC’s partnership roadmap includes five key implementation phases that combine to deliver a sustainable, high-quality teacher induction program.
